You are responsible for providing accurate business information, maintaining access to connected systems, and ensuring that your use of the services complies with applicable laws, industry rules, privacy obligations, and messaging consent requirements.

SMS Terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from BookMyLeads, messages may include marketing texts, promotional messages, product information, lead follow-up, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, missed-call follow-up, demo coordination, service updates, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of SMS does not prevent us from contacting you through other channels where permitted. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Guarantees

We work to improve lead response, follow-up, and appointment setting, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, booking volume, conversion rates, or business outcomes unless stated in a signed agreement.
